Executive / Sr. Executive Finacle 10x

Role Overview: As a Finacle Application Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide daily support for the Finacle application. You will work closely with the team to resolve issues in various modules such as liability, retail asset, etc. Additionally, you will attend calls related to Finacle batch processes/EOD/BOD and ensure timely resolution. Your role will also involve resolving tickets in modules like deposits, loans, operation, trade finance, clearing, etc. in Finacle 10 X. Furthermore, you will collaborate with L2 teams on escalated calls to ensure efficient problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily support for the Finacle application - Coordinate within the team to resolve issues in various modules - Attend calls related to Finacle batch processes/EOD/BOD and resolve them - Resolve tickets in modules such as deposits, loans, operation, trade finance, clearing, etc. in Finacle 10 X - Collaborate with L2 teams on escalated calls Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SQL - Expertise in Finacle 10 X application - Knowledge of banking domain - Any SQL certification Additional Details: N/A Role Overview: As a Finacle Application Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide daily support for the Finacle application.
