Role Overview: As a Purchasing and Production Coordinator at Avery Dennison RBIS, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the purchasing process, sourcing suppliers, coordinating with suppliers globally, and ensuring materials are procured at the best prices and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products - Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production demand - Capacity planning for one or multiple product lines, validating demand vs capacity gaps, and taking necessary actions - Monitoring jobs to ensure timely completion within budget - Addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions - Collaborating with Production, Material Planning, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other staff - Working closely with production and customer service on order management to avoid delays - Working independently to achieve optimal results and setting KPI targets Qualifications: - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a PPC or inventory planner - Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), familiarity with ERP Oracle is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Note: Additional information section is omitted as it was not provided in the job description),
