JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES EXECUTIVE: -

1. Learning about the Product in all Point of technical paths.

2. To work on Commercial Study of the Product.

3. To suggest with Ideas in preparing Customized Brochures and Pamphlets – Soft Copy.

4. To develop and execute Sales Strategies to achieve business targets.

5. To Prepare Monthly Self-Targets on Sales Apart from Company’s Expectation.

6. To process all possible opportunities in achieving Self-Targets on Sales of Business including Corporate and Retail sales.

7. TO Lead, train and motivate the sales team to maximize performance

8. To Coordinate with Business Promotion Team to do marketing activities both in Physical and Digital way identifying ne market opportunities (B2C and B2B).

9. To plan for Events in Special Occasion digitally and physically, thereby performing Business Promotion Activities enhancing Sale leads.

10. To plan and execute promotional activities, test ride campaigns and events.

11. To ideologize concept in attending Trade Fairs and Events.

12. To plan for maximum conversions of Sale leads to Orders.

13. To monitor sales performance, prepare reports and present forecasts to management.

14. To report and discuss the practical difficulties in converting leads and ideas to improvise.

15. To prepare Presentations to be presented before Corporates seeking Opportunities of Sales.

DAILY REPORTING: -

16. To document and report every day’s Inventory Purchase, Sales and Stock.

17. To update everyday with the new leads, leads in progress and Converted leads.

18. To update the Invoiced Customers and Billing Details with the Inventory List for identification and record.

WEEKLY REPORTING: -

19. To assemble with Sales team and conduct Sales meeting every week with a detailed report of achievements and targets to close.

20. To report in the actions performed and action dues in all variant of business in the unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
