EXECUTIVE - RESIDENT RELATION

· Resident Engagement: They facilitate activities and events to promote socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being among the residents. This includes organizing recreational programs, educational workshops, and outings.

· Resident Support: They act as a liaison between the residents and the management, addressing any concerns, suggestions, or complaints raised by the residents. They strive to create a supportive and empathetic environment for the residents.

· Communication: Resident Relation Officers communicate important information to the residents, such as upcoming events, policy changes, and facility updates. They may also collect feedback and suggestions from residents to improve services.

· Conflict Resolution: They mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise among residents, ensuring a harmonious living environment.

· Hospitality and Resident Service: They focus on providing exceptional service to the residents, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering a positive living experience.

· New Resident Orientation: They help new residents settle into the community by providing orientation, introducing them to fellow residents, and familiarizing them with the facilities and services.

· Family Communication: They may also liaise with the families of residents to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being and the services provided.

· Resident Feedback: The team actively seeks and welcomes feedback from residents, conducting surveys, meetings, and one-on-one conversations to gather valuable insights. They use this feedback to continuously improve the quality of services and amenities provided at Bless Retirement Living.

· Resident Advocacy: The team advocates for residents' rights, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed. They work closely with management and staff to implement resident-centered initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
