Executive R&D (Production, Quality & Automation)

As an Executive R&D (Production, Quality & Automation) at Classic Modernization Center, Classic Fashion in Jordan, you will be responsible for driving productivity improvements to increase PPH by streamlining processes and reducing operations/manpower. Your role will involve researching, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge production technologies and automation systems. You will lead innovation projects focused on boosting efficiency and elevating product quality. Additionally, you will conduct feasibility studies and trials for new equipment to validate and deploy advanced solutions. Collaboration with Production & Quality teams to optimize factory workflows and results will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical expertise in garment/apparel production and quality. A diploma or above in Garment technology, textile Engineering, or a related field is required. You should have in-depth knowledge of advanced machinery and operations. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in R&D, Production, or Technical within the garment or manufacturing sector is essential. A proven track record of working with automated production systems and quality improvement projects will be beneficial for this position.,
