Executive - Precast

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated civil engineering professional to join our Precast Division as an Executive – Precast. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of precast projects, handling procurement as per project needs, and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with clients, plant, and site teams for seamless project execution.
• Procure materials as per project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions and project guidelines.
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery as per schedules.

Desired Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience in Procurement or Civil Operations (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of precast / construction operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
