Role Overview: As an Executive in the manufacturing department, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and holding of drug products according to approved procedures. You will also be in charge of maintaining the area and equipment in compliance with cGMP requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for training subordinates on operational and cleaning procedures and coordinating IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment/systems. Your role will involve following departmental SOPs for daily operations, handling material movement, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise manufacturing, processing, packaging, and holding of drug products - Maintain area and equipment in compliance with cGMP requirements - Train subordinates on operational and cleaning procedures - Coordinate IQ/OQ for new equipment/systems - Perform PQ for new equipment/systems - Follow departmental SOPs for daily operations and cleaning - Handle material movement as per defined procedures and approved Batch Manufacturing Record/Batch Packing Record - Review, execute, and implement Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packaging Records, Process Study Protocols, Process Study Reports, and relevant documents - Ensure compliance with safety rules and departmental instructions - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department Qualifications Required: - Executive-packing designation - Minimum of 5 years of experience - Graduate degree in any field About Us: The Human Resources team partners with all aspects of the organization to drive success through effective and innovative people management.
