Executive-Order Processing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with all departments and follow-ups on projects. Building good relationships with site supervisors, sales team, and designers will be a key aspect of your role. Submitting invoices on time and ensuring no errors in projects will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to follow-up on providing good services within assigned timelines, preparing drawings, and achieving project TAT. Completing tasks assigned by the Manager/Team Lead and potentially being responsible for direction, analysis, and reports involving sales persons/dealers guidance related sites will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with all departments and following up on projects - Building good relationships with site supervisors, sales team, and designers - Submitting invoices on time - Ensuring no errors in projects - Following up on providing good services within assigned timelines - Preparing drawings and achieving project TAT - Completing tasks assigned by the Manager/Team Lead - Potentially being responsible for direction, analysis, and reports involving sales persons/dealers guidance related sites - Communicating with partners, dealers, designers, and engagement managers regarding the status of orders and keeping them apprised of their order status Qualifications Required: - Fluent in Hindi and English - Basic computer knowledge for using word processing (Microsoft Office Suite) - Knowledge of business management/inventory software - Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment, potentially requiring overtime - In-depth knowledge of products and services offered - Good working knowledge of product planning, product lead time, post-processing lead time, and project management principles - Ability to prepare product quotes with proper discounts offered by the company - Ability to prepare draft order commit milestone schedules and/or promise dates - Strong coordination skills to ensure orders are scheduled in a timely manner - Ability to recognize and interpret operational trends and make recommendations to site leadership,
