Executive-Order Processing

You will be responsible for coordinating with all departments and following up on projects. Building strong relationships with site supervisors, sales teams, and designers will be a key part of your role. It will be essential to submit invoices on time and ensure there are no errors in projects. You will need to follow up on providing excellent services within assigned timelines and prepare drawings as required. Achieving project turnaround time and completing tasks assigned by the manager or team lead will be crucial. You may also be responsible for direction, analysis, and reporting tasks. Guidance related to salespersons/dealers on sites should be recorded and submitted to the reporting manager. Basic computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and business management/inventory software, will be necessary. Excelling in a deadline-driven environment and being prepared to work overtime during busy periods will be expected. Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company is vital. Setting up your work area, keeping it clean, and preparing product quotes with proper discounts will also be part of your responsibilities. You will use your knowledge of product planning, lead times, and project management principles to prepare schedules and ensure orders are processed promptly. You will need to communicate effectively with partners, dealers, designers, and engagement managers regarding order statuses. Fluency in both Hindi and English is a requirement for this role.,
