Executive Operations Manager

Conduct regular field visits to franchisee outlets to ensure smooth operations and brand compliance.

-Support franchisees in local marketing, promotions, and events to boost visibility and sales.

-Train franchisee staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and standard operating procedures.

-Monitor franchisee performance and share regular reports with the head office.

-Coordinate with internal teams for branding, supply, and operational issues.

-Ensure the implementation of marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness at ground level.

-Resolve franchisee concerns and escalate issues when needed.

-Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and help them meet revenue targets.

-Analyze local market trends and provide insights for business improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
