Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong rapport with business associates and stakeholders through effective relationship management. - Manage conflicts effectively and demonstrate high emotional intelligence in professional interactions for successful conflict resolution. - Utilize strong report-writing skills to monitor sales performance and document insights for effective business writing. - Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating presentations, reports, and data analysis. - Experience in developing social media content, marketing materials, and leveraging AI tools for training and presentations using digital & AI-powered tools. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy assessments for market & competitive intelligence. - Efficiently manage and escalate complaints to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up for customer & stakeholder coordination. - Commit to enhancing knowledge, communication, and training skills while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor for continuous learning & development.
