As an Executive at the company, your role will involve: - Customer order tracking to ensure timely processing. - Managing schedules from portals and other customer portal activities. - Tracking sample shipments and ensuring proper documentation. - Conducting monthly invoice verification for accuracy. - Collecting and analyzing scorecards from customers for performance assessment. - Processing supplementary invoicing as needed. - Working on SAP for invoicing and customer management.
