Executive - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for aqua feed, health products, and farm solutions.
• Plan and implement product positioning, promotions, and brand-building activities in target markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.
• Drive lead generation campaigns and farmer engagement programs.
• Manage dealer meets, farmer training programs, and exhibitions.
• Develop marketing collaterals brochures, flyers, digital content, and video campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop market-specific activation plans.
• Monitor marketing budgets and analyze ROI of campaigns.
• Support new product launches with go-to-market strategies.
• Build digital marketing initiatives (social media, WhatsApp, website content).
• Track market feedback and provide inputs to product development teams.

Desired Skills

• Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Exposure to aqua farmer connect programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Aqua Sciences, or related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in marketing within the Aqua/Fisheries/Animal Nutrition industry.
• Proven ability in campaign management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and local languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively to field locations.
• Strong understanding of aquaculture practices, farmer behavior, and market ecosystem can be an added advantage
