Executive - Marketing & Events

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and events. This will involve close coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials. On-ground event support, logistics, and execution will also fall under your purview. Your role will extend to assisting in social media content planning, scheduling, and execution for events and campaigns. You will be expected to manage event promotions across social media platforms, engaging with audiences and influencers. Furthermore, maintaining and updating reports, databases, and project documentation will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Travel may be required for event coordination and execution. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is essential. Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, will be advantageous. Previous exposure to marketing, events, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are key requirements for this role, as is a willingness to travel for events. A passion for the entertainment, influencer, and event industry is considered a plus.,
