Group Security Lead

They will:

• Set up and lead

  the India cyber security function (including governance, processes, team, and service delivery).

• Oversee day-to-day operations

  for cyber controls, identity and access management (IAM), and cyber engineering.

• Ensure security platforms

  (starting with IAM) move smoothly into ongoing operations.

• Deliver a roadmap

  to expand the centre’s responsibility to more cyber security areas.

• Improve efficiency

  – make cyber services faster, cheaper, and more agile.

• Manage risks & compliance

  – ensure everything meets audit, regulatory, and company standards.

• Be part of the Cyber Leadership team

  and influence big-picture security strategy.

• Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team

  in India.

Preferred candidate profile

• 18+ years

  in IT/security with strong operational cyber security experience.
• Deep

  technical knowledge

  in security systems.
• Strong

  communication skills

  (can explain complex ideas clearly to senior leaders).

• Leadership & people management

  experience – hiring, coaching, building culture.

• Negotiation & influencing skills

  to work with multiple stakeholders across the bank.
• Experience in

  risk management, change management, and large-scale transformation

  .
• Strong

  strategic thinking

  – can see trends, threats, and opportunities early.

• Organized & project management

  skills to run multiple initiatives at once.
