Executive Manager - Digital Transformation

As a Digital Transformation Manager at NEI, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and implementing the company's digital transformation strategy programs. Your primary responsibility will be to institutionalize the adoption and utilization of technology changes in processes across key areas, aligning them with business goals and the overall roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with functional teams to implement various use cases throughout the value chain. Track business performance metrics post system implementation and provide reports to management. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and incorporate them into relevant use cases. - Continuously monitor industrial best practices, processes, and replicate them within the company. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions on the latest technology trends. - Conduct training and awareness sessions to enhance digital capabilities within the organization. - Act as an Internal Consultant for the industry, identifying potential opportunities and threats in the long term. Present findings to relevant stakeholders and work towards resolution. - Organize diagnostic business process improvement initiatives to evaluate current gaps across applications and processes. Utilize quality and design thinking tools, structure feedback from stakeholders, and derive logical conclusions. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field. - Educational qualifications in B.Tech & MBA (Preferred) or relevant certification courses. - Proficiency in basics of IT. - Understanding of technical architecture, databases, and SQL. - Familiarity with AI concepts.,
