Executive Manager Cloud Operation and SRE

Overview

Lead and oversee Azure cloud operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Drive automation initiatives, enforce governance, and implement SRE practices to achieve operational excellence. Act as a strategic partner to architecture and engineering teams while managing a high-performing operations team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cloud operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish operational KPIs, SLIs/SLOs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure lifecycle: provisioning, monitoring, optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first culture.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Build and mentor a global operations team foster SRE and DevOps mindset.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Partner with architecture, security, and application teams for seamless operations.
• Represent cloud operations in executive reviews and governance boards.
