Job Title: Executive Logistics– E-commerce Support Location: Kaushambi – Ghaziabad Designation: Executive Logistics Salary Range: - 2.4LPA to 3.6LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and optimize the end-to-end logistics operations supporting our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order fulfilment, effective inventory management, and coordination with courier partners to maintain a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:  Manage daily e-commerce logistics operations including order processing, packaging, shipping, and delivery.  Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and order picking.  Liaise with courier and shipping partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.  Monitor and improve delivery performance metrics such as TAT, NDR (Non- Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin), etc.  Maintain inventory control and perform regular stock audits and reconciliations.  Collaborate with customer service to handle delivery-related complaints and ensure timely resolutions.  Work with the tech and operations team to automate logistics workflows where possible.  Prepare daily/weekly reports on logistics KPIs and costs.  Optimize packaging and shipping strategies to reduce costs and enhance sustainability. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.  2–4 years of experience in logistics, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.  Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools and making MIS reports.  Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
