The KYC & Account Opening Executive will be responsible for handling client onboarding, KYC verification, trading/demat account opening, and mutual fund account activation. The role ensures strict adherence to SEBI, and AMFI regulations while delivering accurate and timely processing.
Account Opening process
Collect, verify, and validate KYC documents submitted by client
Ensure compliance with SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate and updated KYC records in internal systems.
Coordinate with sales/relationship teams and clients for any missing or additional documentation.
Track application status and ensure timely activation of accounts.
Conduct periodic re-KYC and client profile updates as per regulations.
