Executive Insurance

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of medical services provided to Insurance and Corporate patients or customers of the Hospital. You will need to have a clear understanding of the Hospital's Vision and Mission to effectively carry out your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing insurance claims to ensure accuracy as per the agreement before dispatching them to the respective insurance companies. - Proactively reporting critical issues to Management and submitting monthly aging and other reports. - Designing, updating, and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency and accuracy in insurance operations. - Monitoring insurance discounts, rejections, and submitting periodic reports to Management for review. - Ensuring that insurance schemes are up to date on the system. - Attending and organizing insurance presentations internally and externally. - Being ready to assume new responsibilities as and when needed.
