4 years in Instrumentation engineering division of Chemical/Petrochemical/specialty Chemical Manufacturing Company

• • Good knowledge of engineering standards and best practices. Ability to assess and critique the outputs from designers, technology/engineering consultants.
  •  Coordination with technology and consultants.
  • Ability to handle and overcome uncertainties.
   
  • Planning and organization skills. Ability to handle multiple projects on time.
  • Communication and coordination.
  • Coordination with internal departments.
  • Team building- Training and motivation
  • Obtain internal customer satisfaction 
  • Cost consciousness.
  • Estimation skill- with high level of accuracy.

• Key Deliverable

   Ability to assess the existing gaps and to draw up a detailed action plan for execution  & Executing all modification and up gradation of plant/hardware.

• Responsibilities

  • Should have handled Production activity
  • Must have knowledge of DCS, PLC SCADA, VFD, Maintenance & servicing of Electronic & Pneumatic Instruments, Preventive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance, Calibration various types of Instruments, Weighing balance and Cost improvement management. 
  • Must have knowledge of Safety System.
  • Must have a good experience in Manpower Handling and managing & coordinating with teams.
  • Knowledge of plant & Equipments.
  • Knowledge of Basic SAP
