At Smytten, we believe every interaction with our app should feel seamless, delightful, and valuable to our users. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Executive – In-App Experience & CRM to join our e-commerce team.
This hybrid role sits at the intersection of in-app merchandising and CRM execution, ensuring users enjoy a smooth product discovery journey and receive relevant, timely communication. You’ll own the look, feel, and engagement of in-app content while executing CRM campaigns that drive conversions and delight users.

Key Responsibilities
In-App Merchandising & Experience

Curate and refresh homepage, category, and collection layouts in line with campaigns, seasons, and business priorities.

Improve product discoverability through visually appealing layouts, accurate tagging, and intelligent sorting.

Work closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to maintain Smytten’s brand tone and style.

Track in-app performance (CTR, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.

Maintain content hygiene — update imagery, copy, tagging, and remove out-of-stock products.
CRM Execution

Execute CRM campaigns via Push Notifications, Emails, and WhatsApp to engage users.

Coordinate briefs, copy, and creatives to ensure alignment with in-app messaging.

Manage campaign calendars for timely daily and weekly communications.

Pull performance reports (CTR, open rate, conversions) and share insights.

Identify opportunities to integrate CRM and in-feed content to boost engagement and retention.
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or CRM execution.

A creative yet analytical mindset — spotting visual gaps backed by data.

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets (formulas, lookups) and comfort with CMS/backend tools.

Strong cross-functional coordination skills.

Attention to detail and a keen sense of brand tone and product presentation.

Self-starter mentality with a passion for testing ideas and improving user journeys.
Bonus Skills

Experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap.

Understanding campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions).

Exposure to performance analytics, user segmentation, and retention strategies.

Experience in marketplaces or apps with strong merchandising and CRM interplay.
