Role Overview: As an Executive in the Sales and Business Development team at Tata 1mg, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of diagnostic services within a designated territory. You will play a crucial role in educating healthcare professionals about the clinical benefits of our products, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive information about diagnostic services to physicians, highlighting their clinical benefits and applications, and addressing any technical questions. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities through regular visits and communication. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets for diagnostic services within the designated territory. - Identify potential new customers through market research, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and sales opportunities. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to physicians, focusing on the unique selling points of diagnostic products and addressing specific needs. - Stay informed about competitor services and market trends to effectively position the company's diagnostic solutions. - Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, address concerns, and ensure optimal product usage. - Gather market intelligence on the local healthcare landscape, including competitor activity, to inform sales strategy and identify potential opportunities. - Track sales performance, maintain accurate customer data, and submit regular reports to sales management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with a strong understanding of medical diagnostics and clinical practices. - Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably within the diagnostics industry. - Must have good connect with the doctors of the territory he/she is supposed to work in. - Deep knowledge of various diagnostic tests, their applications, and interpretation of results. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical information to healthcare professionals. - Ability to build rapport and trust with physicians and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. - Familiarity with relevant diagnostic equipment and software applications.
