Job Description

As an Executive HR at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, your role will primarily focus on Joining & Onboarding. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming new joiners with a note and being their HR buddy. - Conducting joining formalities and ensuring proper documentation. - Interacting with new employees to explain company policies and business. - Inducting new entrants and preparing induction schedules. - Coordinating for the Parichay programme (Induction programme). - Facilitating the creation of mail IDs, coordination for laptops, seating arrangements, stationery, and landlines. - Arranging ID cards/access cards and issuing Welcome kits to new joiners. In terms of educational qualifications, the minimum qualification required is not specified, but a preferred qualification is desired. For functional skills, expertise in Joining & Onboarding is essential. Technical skills related to the same area are also required. Behavioral/leadership skills such as Clear Vision, Decision Making, and being a People Champion are crucial. Competencies like Lateral Thinking, Out of Box Thinking, and Fostering Innovation will be beneficial in this role. The total number of years of experience required is 2, with relevant experience specifically in Joining & Onboarding also expected to be 2 years.,
