Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Taking care of new Factory licenses, License renewals, Plan approvals amendments, and other stack compliances with the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health. - Handling Local municipal compliances such as Property Tax, Professional Tax, Running license, etc. - Ensuring Health & sanitation license, Fire License, Labour License, etc., are up to date. - Managing Contractor RC and other legal compliances regarding the Contract Labour Act. - Overseeing the Recruitment process for trainees. - Ensuring 100% statutory compliance and maintaining a good rapport with Govt. Officials. - Providing support for the Long Term Settlement process. - Coordinating and Monitoring union and committee-related activities and maintaining cordial relationships with all committee representatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Secondary (10th Pass) (Preferred) The company also provides the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
