Job Description

Staff and operations management

  • Supervise and train staff: Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Create work schedules: Develop duty rosters and schedules to ensure all areas are covered.
  • Set and enforce standards: Establish and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and operating standards to ensure high levels of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions: Address policy violations and take disciplinary actions when necessary.

Facility and guest services

  • Ensure cleanliness: Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect rooms and public areas to check for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Manage guest complaints: Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
  • Manage lost and found: Oversee the lost and found department and ensure items are handled properly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
