About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Executive for the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) segment to manage supply chain operations, procurement, account management, and sales. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with farmers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage supply chain & logistics for fresh produce, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal wastage.

• 
  Procure high-quality produce by liaising with farmers and suppliers; handle price negotiations and contracts.

• 
  Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage key accounts and resolve operational challenges.

• 
  Contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting business expansion initiatives.

• 
  Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports on procurement and sales.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 
  1–3 years of experience in F&V industry (procurement, logistics, or sales).

• 
  Knowledge of cold chain management and handling of perishable goods.

• 
  Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.

• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
