Executive for Engineering Store

You will be responsible for supervising the inventory and management of engineering stores. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring availability of materials and tools for plant operations - Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and transactions - Coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment - Handling material inward and outward activities - Utilizing SAP Knowledge with MM Module operations - Implementing FIFO Knowledge - Conducting inventory and stock taking activities - Managing GRN Process and related activities - Generating monthly stock report with valuation - Performing quarterly stock taking with variance report - Compiling annual plant wise consumption profile and budget estimation In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a Mech. Diploma / Degree, PGDMM qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. You should also be prepared for all-time Audit readiness, including internal & external audits at defined frequency.
