POSITION: Executive –Food & Beverage Controller

: Food and beverage controllers work in the Hospitality Industry, where they control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods. These controllers focus on ensuring hotels, restaurants and cruise ships have sufficient amount of foods and beverages to meet customers’ needs.

Job Responsibility:

· Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability.

· Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.

· Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price.

· Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.

· Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs.

· Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.

· Analyse invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost.

· Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste.

· Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability.

· Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.

· Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion.

· Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.

· Recording of food and beverage costs.

· Adhering to all cost control procedures.

· F&B revenue and cost audits.

· Travel to various store locations for audit or month end reports.

· Reviews purchasing procedures for all F&B items.

· Ensures compliance with documentation/authorisation processes.

· Processes Food & Liquor accruals.

· Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover.

· Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock.

. Visit the F & B store frequency scheduled and check the F & B inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
