Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for accounting, finance reporting, cost control and overall finance governance
Responsible for month end closure activities
Responsible for validating sales made to customers with proper maintenance of selling price.
Responsible for validating sales data from customers and checking profit share income.
Responsible for validating inventory reports of customer
Responsible for validating sample invoices of customer
Responsible for monthly MIS reporting and analysis of variance
Responsible for receivable management
Responsible for monthly cashflow preparation and analysis
Responsible for systematic analysis of receivables with weekly aging reported.
Responsible for reconciliation and sending confirmations of the receivables balances.
Responsible for cash daily cash maintenance

Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience:

M.com / CA inter/ MBA with a strong academic profile.
Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
Experience in accounting and management reporting software (SAP).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues.
Capable of working on own initiative.
Team player demonstrating maximum flexibility as required to complete key tasks.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment.
