Executive-Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires frequent travel across different sites, so a proactive and self-motivated attitude is essential. Freshers with a passion for sales and client interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites to promote and sell products/services
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare and submit daily field reports
• Gather market insights and competitor information
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales (field/direct)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to travel to various sites daily
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and energetic
• A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile sales apps is a plus
• Prefer male candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
