Executive - Fabric Sourcing

The selected candidate for the role of Executive Fabric Sourcing will be responsible for various tasks related to fabric procurement, quality parameters, and testing standards for both Woven & Knits fabrics. This includes negotiating with fabric mills/suppliers/agents and maintaining strong business relationships with textile mills to ensure efficient production of fabric orders for the company. Daily activities will involve fabric issuance for garment production, utilizing FIFO method, and updating consumption in ERP software. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Preferably a Textile Technology Diploma Holder - Experience in Fabric Quality Control, Procurement, and Coordination with Supply base Mills/Agents - Strong negotiation skills - Knowledge of textiles and fabric production processes - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Apparel/Garment industry - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines The compensation range for this position is between 32k to 38k per month.
