Customer Service Executive Insurance Domain (Email Support)

Experience:

  • Candidates with

    up to 24 months of experience

    Customer Service

    (BPO or Non-BPO) from

    any insurance background

    .

  • Prior experience in

    email writing support

    will be an added advantage.

Education:

  • Graduates only

    (mandatory).

Skills Required:

  • Excellent email writing skills

    with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in written communication adhering to professional standards.
  • Assist customers by processing changes manually and online related to their personal information, such as:
    • Address changes
    • Interested party updates
    • Billing adjustments
    • Policy reissue requests
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies while handling sensitive information.

Preferred Profile:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior exposure to insurance processes and email-based customer support.
