Purpose of the Job: Electrical Executive help create, maintain and repair the electrical components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor / Analyze equipment Loss time to effectively reduce downtime.
• Monitor efficiency parameters for better plant performance.
• Trouble shoot Electrical Power / Control of an equipment.
• Improvement activities, related to Productivity, Safety, Quality, Energy & Cost.
• Job execution adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Use of Why why analysis to address corrective and preventive measures
• Discuss with Electrician and other CFT members to minimize chronic problems.
• Record and Maintain data in form of Log book, software, etc
• Involve directly or indirectly in Energy saving activities.
• Take leadership and be committed to job responsibility.
• Ensure and monitor manpower schedule
• Coordination with Production/Technology/Quality departments for smooth functioning during the shift
• He ensures discipline, safety standards, housekeeping being maintained and communicate to concern

Skills:

• Problem-solving skill : Diagnosing /trouble shooting electrical issues within short span of time.
• Troubleshooting - Determining causes of breakdown and deciding what to do about it.
• Repairing - Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
• Co-ordination -Co-ordinating shift activities with production & shift crew.

Relevant Experience: 7-8 years
Education Qualification(s): BE Electrical
