Executive Director- Transaction Diligence

Role Overview: As the SaT Transaction Diligence APAC Leader at EY, you will be responsible for driving growth through the specialty diligence sector hubs and embedding technology in the GDS diligence services. Your key role will involve leading complex, cross-border PE engagements by leveraging hands-on buy-side/sell-side execution experience. With PE clients constituting 50% of the global business, your project execution leadership will assist in gaining further credence with the area, country, sector diligence, and analytics leaders that you will collaborate with to drive the growth agenda. Your strong understanding of the deal cycle will enable cross-selling other SaT services, having a multiplier effect as post-investment spending by clients is significantly more than pre-investment. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize extensive hands-on diligence experience and a strong understanding of stakeholder dynamics in transactions - Lead the development and implementation of GDS solutions applicable across regions, especially focusing on regions with non-English language play - Cross-pollinate learnings from high GDS user regions to increase GDS penetration in other regions - Create an integrated delivery methodology for countries with diverse languages, cultures, and product differences - Establish GDS as the cornerstone for Analytics within EY by enhancing technology usage on engagements Qualifications Required: - The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality of earnings, balance sheet fundamentals, and buyer-seller mindset in the market - Stakeholder management skills are crucial for collaborating with APAC TD leaders and driving strategic initiatives - Succession management capabilities to identify and develop future leaders within the team - Ability to manage a team of about 350-400 professionals indirectly over the next two years (Note: Company Details section is omitted as it does not contain any additional details specific to the job role),
