Role Overview: The role of Executive Director, BSI Field Excellence Operations at Novartis is pivotal in shaping and executing strategic visions across various key areas, including Incentive Compensation, Field Design & Deployment, Campaign Management, Territory Planning, and RLT Operations. Your expertise in commercial operations and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are crucial in driving business performance across different geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Leading a team of subject matter experts and operational leaders to design and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for enhancing field force effectiveness and customer engagement. - Designing and implementing effective incentive compensation plans, conducting analytics to identify trends, managing sales performance, and benchmarking incentives. - Developing segmentation and targeting strategies, determining field force size and structure, managing call plans, and providing recommendations for people mapping. - Conducting workshops to enhance field force skills, assessing capability through assessments, and delivering product training. - Designing impactful campaigns, executing campaigns using SFMC Journey Builder, and managing operations to ensure accurate data for decision-making. - Managing data, generating reports, conducting customer analytics, and supply analytics. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in commercial operations within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional enablement strategies in global environments. - Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and related areas. - Demonstrated success in leading large teams and governance oversight. - Strong background in program and change management. - Experience in global operations and diverse markets.
