Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Director within the Client Data Management & Governance and Digital Product Experiences team, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing team responsible for data management and digital product innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data governance, quality controls, and CRM support, as well as supporting the development and delivery of digital platforms and solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with distilling insights from data across various sources to optimize products and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the vision and roadmap for data and digital products, leveraging market trends and best practices. - Oversee end-to-end product development in an agile environment, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and collaboration with technology teams. Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. - Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and develop financial business cases to support technology and marketing investments. - Lead key projects to modernize data and digital platforms, optimize business processes, and manage resources for timely, high-quality delivery. Build and maintain strong partnerships with business, technology, and design teams. - Oversee all aspects of client data management, including trade transparency, company/contact/marketing data, and global data migration. - Support CRM and Funds Data Warehouse platforms, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with standards. - Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, enforce policies for data acquisition, maintenance, and modification, and promote continuous improvements in data quality analysis. - Champion customer-centric product development by understanding evolving business needs and industry trends. Ensure thorough documentation of product features and development processes. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Asset & Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services with knowledge of sales processes, product development, and client service solutions. - Experience in marketing and distribution services. - Strong academic background with analytical, programming, and technical skills. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools. Experience with relational database design and data modeling. - Familiarity with marketing/distribution platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, and Stova. - Deep expertise in data management, including data architecture, engineering, modeling, quality, and security.,
