Role: Executive - Direct Taxation

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all direct tax laws and regulations.
Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Tax Returns: Prepare and review income tax returns to ensure accurate and timely filings.
Audit Management: Coordinate and manage tax audits and assessments.
Advisory: Advise management on new tax laws and their implications.
Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information in financial statements.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
