Executive - Counter- GBL

As a Counter Staff member, your main responsibility will be to attend to walk-in customers at the counter and manage bookings efficiently. You will report to the Service Center Incharge and play a key role in the Operations function of the business. Your duties will include maintaining a professional demeanor, having a good understanding of the company's products and services, and ensuring all visitors are converted into bookings. It is crucial to establish strong relationships with customers, report on time, and act as a Sales, Customer Service, and Operations personnel. You will also support the operations team by assisting in tele-calling for undelivered shipments and coordinating with delivery staff for updating Proof of Deliveries (PODs). Maintaining the counter, tracking cash bookings, ensuring error-free data entry, and keeping all records up to date are essential tasks. Meeting or exceeding targets set by the Head Office/Regional retail in charge, converting regular bookings into high-revenue products, providing sales leads, explaining products to customers, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you must adhere to company standards in terms of grooming, maintain the counter's branding, and work closely with the Admin/Retail Incharge to ensure overall cleanliness and upkeep of the counter. Your attention to detail and dedication to customer service will be critical in this role.,
