Job Description

Key Responsibilities

External Communication:

Develop and implement an effective external communication strategy
Promote company story, vision, products, employee initiatives, client testimonials, and media coverage via social media platforms
Liaise with media publications and pitch for stories and interviews
Develop content including blogs, whitepapers, fact sheets, email/newsletters, flyers, brochures, infographics, posters, case studies, video messages, and other promotional materials
Collaborate with product owners to manage website content and sales enablement materials
Plan content for external events, meetings, webinars, and other promotional activities
Create video content from scripting to execution
Assist in preparing external presentations

Internal Communication:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies to drive employee engagement
Manage internal communication tools and platforms, including newsletters and social media channels
Plan and execute HR messaging and internal branding initiatives
Draft messages for senior leadership
Assist in creating internal presentations and developing communication practices, policies, and systems

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in corporate communications, internal and external communications, or related roles
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
Ability to manage multiple communication channels and projects effectively
