The role of Executive - Content Writing & Marketing would require candidates to strategise and work on content writing deliverables relating to multi channel digital marketing projects of our mission areas in the e-learning & consulting industry. Candidates must possess an avid interest in learning different types of practical content marketing approaches/skills and they would be required to work on high quality blogs, SEO articles, Infographics, E-learning/Online Course marketing content pieces, Social Media short form/long form content, YouTube Video Scripts and various other content marketing deliverables as per the requirements of the Organization. Candidates may also need to interact with various internal/external stakeholders so as to clearly understand and comprehend project requirements and inculcate the same while writing in an efficient manner. : All the selection process stages are conducted in the Noida office only. No virtual process is available. WE PROVIDE ADEQUATE TRAINING TO THE NEW WRITERS IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF CONTENT MARKETING. HOWEVER, THE NEW TEAM MEMBERS SHOULD POSSESS PROACTIVE LEARNING SPIRIT TO EXCEL IN THIS JOB ROLE. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE DETAILS BELOW BEFORE APPLYING. THIS IS A FULL- TIME OFFICE BASED JOB. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Completing e-learning/Online Course industry related diverse range of marketing content as per the custom requirements. 2. Demonstrating strong comprehension skills and an ability to understand project requirements with limited guidance. 3. Demonstrating strong research skills and an ability to undertake detailed industry research and keyword research with respect to provided task requirements. 4. Delivering non-plagiarised, non-AI and professionally written SEO Articles and other short/long form content pieces including social media content, authority articles etc. 5. Consistently achieving a monthly target of 62,500 approved (by Internal Quality Team) words, showcasing professional collaboration skills. 6. To comply with task deadlines, while tending to revision requirements based on client comments/internal quality check comments. 7. Writing landing/sales pages, off-page SEO content, ORM content requirements and other visual content. 8. Writing & strategising for any other academic/digital content writing/marketing deliverables for projects allocated by Supervisors. 9. Continuously learn new Content Writing/Marketing skills independently/under the guidance of the Supervisors to achieve the mission objectives of the allocated projects. Qualification and Experience Masters Degree in Management/Healthcare/Social Sciences/English/Humanities/Journalism etc. Above 65% throughout Academics Experience Range: 0-3 years Freshers can apply (but full time internship experience and exposure to content writing & marketing is required) Working experience of WordPress blogging platform is a MUST Working experience of Canva and similar tools is a MUST Strong understanding of keyword research, industry research, SEO Writing is a MUST Note: Primarily Office based role. Work From Home available only as per the discretion of Management under specific occasions. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN DELHI NCR AND NOT COMFORTABLE FOR NOIDA LOCATION. Six (6) days working for specific 6 months and 5.5 days working for rest 6 months of the calendar year. Saturdays are WFH days as per current guidelines. Required Skills Good understanding over relevant discipline(s) like SEO, SMO, ORM etc. Flawless command over Written English. Please DO NOT apply if you are not sure of the same. Good working knowledge of WordPress is required. Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines Professional conduct in terms of reporting time, working hours and official communication Eagerness to learn & explore new things across subject domains. CTC Offered- INR 3.60 Lacs CTC to INR 4.56 lacs CTC per annum (the exact offer will depend on cumulative performance in our selection process) Selection Process: (Completely Office Based) Stage 1: MCQ Test on English Grammar and Composition (30 MCQs and 18 marks is the minimum cut off). Duration is 45 minutes. Stage 2: Subjective Content Marketing & Writing Test (2.5 hours). It is also an elimination round. Stage 3: F2F Interview with Directors/Senior Management.
