Executive Catalog

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curate Restaurant Listings

• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive restaurant listings for Swiggys platform.
• Ensure high standards of catalog accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Monitor catalog operations to minimize errors and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  

2. Product Information Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to gather, verify, and update restaurant and menu-related information.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of all content across systems and platforms.
  

3. Restaurant Catalog Maintenance

• Maintain the structure, formatting, and presentation quality of the restaurant catalog.
• Ensure a user-friendly and efficient browsing experience for customers through continuous catalog optimization.
  

4. Data Management

• Work closely with analytics and product teams to manage catalog data effectively.
• Support in identifying data-related gaps and contribute to process improvements in catalog operations.
  

5. Performance Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for catalog health and operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement areas and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant listing attributes such as menu, images, cuisines, and Rx categories.
• Familiarity with online restaurant content enrichment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create basic dashboards, and analyze and manipulate data effectively.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in catalog management, e-commerce, or content operations is a plus.
