Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in the Call Center located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Executive will be responsible for handling customer support and service inquiries, managing contact center operations, and providing sales information to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering incoming calls, resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, and maintaining documentation of client interactions. The role requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and effectively communicating with customers and team members.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
