Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Verify billing data such as sales records, purchase orders, and project details.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for customers based on company policies and contract terms.
  • Ensure timely sharing and follow-up of invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Generate billing, aging, and other relevant reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions and customer information.
  • Handle credit notes, debit notes, and financial adjustments as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of financial information.
