Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in existing markets.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention.- Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, and forecast future revenue opportunities.- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Qualifications:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
