Executive-BD (Tender)

As an Executive-Business Development (Tender) at Multi Mantech International Pvt Ltd, your role involves searching for opportunities in the form of tenders and EoIs in existing as well as new sectors. You will be responsible for the initial evaluation of tenders and EoIs for shortlisting, as well as the detailed evaluation of shortlisted tenders and preparation for tender screening sheets. Your duties will include attending pre-bid meetings, preparing and submitting pre-bid queries, and compiling bid documents for tenders approved for participation. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare competitors' profiles, follow up with clients after bid submissions, and prepare Techno Commercial Proposals. You will review technical submissions and financial workings for tenders, suggesting necessary modifications, and coordinate with prospective clients for follow-ups on tenders and proposals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Search for opportunities through tenders and EoIs in existing and new sectors. - Evaluate tenders and EoIs for shortlisting and prepare tender screening sheets. - Attend pre-bid meetings, submit pre-bid queries, and compile bid documents. - Prepare competitors' profiles and Techno Commercial Proposals. - Review technical and financial submissions for tenders, suggest modifications, and follow up with clients. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech) or Any Graduate with well-versed tendering experience for infrastructure projects. - 1-4 years of experience in tendering or bidding. - Good communication skills.
