Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Backery Chef with strong expertise in vegan and gluten-free products to lead our culinaryg operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in healthy, clean-label foods and the ability to manage kitchen staff, maintain high-quality standards, and develop new recipes that align with our brand philosophy.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations and manage the culinary team.

Develop and execute menus with a focus on vegan and gluten-free products.

Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards in all preparations.

Control food costs, wastage, and inventory.

Train and guide staff in culinary techniques and kitchen best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.

Strong knowledge of vegan and gluten-free products and recipes.

Ability to create innovative menus.

Leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,659.64 - ₹60,000.00 per month
