Executive Associate CTO/CEO Office

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to assist the CTO/CEO in strategic planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to help drive high-impact initiatives across technology and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in day-to-day operations, follow-ups, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate between multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication notes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track progress on key initiatives, meetings, and deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Represent in discussions, reviews, and documentation when required.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong presentation and drafting abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in strategy, operations, or executive management roles preferred.
