Executive Associate - Commercial Business Insights & Technology (CBIT)

Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, arranging travel itineraries, preparing documents using office tools, and maintaining databases and shared documents. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced global matrix organization. Proficiency in Ariba, SAP Concur, MS Teams, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
