Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To monitor monthly efficiencies of sites and present to Unit Head
Preparing OPEX & CAPEX budgets, scope etc..
To drive various cost saving initiatives across sites and monitor progress in routine
Planning of asset utilization & new products mapping for unutilized assets in coordination with R&D, PERI & Technology team
Monitoring project activities and completion in defined time frame
Ensure compliances across sites driven by all departments
Monitoring safety standards across sites and driving various initiatives through safety department
Preparing Revenue budget or sites and taking various initiatives to bring down MTBF
Single point of contact for all site heads and site related daily tasks
Coordination with functional team to finalize the functional budget and Capacity budget. ( ETP, E&I, Mechanical, MOC)
Assist Unit head and process team in managing the ongoing projects and assure timely delivery of project output and summaries the reports
Responsible for the gathering and collating of key performance data into suitable or prescribed presentation formats

Preferred candidate profile

BE Chemical with 8 to 12 years of similar experience in Chemical or Speciality Chemical manufacturing Company. Should be willing to travel.
